Refund Policy

My Guarantee: At Rooted Human Naturals, I want you to feel grounded and satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, please reach out to me within 14 days so I can make it right.

Returns & Hygiene: Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of my products, I can only accept returns on items that are in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as when they left my shop.

Used Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, I cannot accept returns on products that have been used.

Proof of Purchase: Please include your digital receipt or proof of purchase with your request.

Online Orders: To begin a return, please contact me at RootedHumanNaturals@Gmail.com.

Shipping Costs: Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to my studio.

Refund Amount: I can only provide a refund for the cost of the product itself; original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact me immediately if an item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong product, so I can evaluate the situation and ensure you are taken care of.
