Shipping & Pick-Up Policy

At Rooted Human Naturals, each order is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition.

Shipping Schedule

To protect the integrity of my products, especially during warmer months, orders are shipped on a limited schedule.

Orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only.

This helps prevent packages from sitting in transit facilities over the weekend, where temperature conditions can be less controlled.


Processing Time

Please allow 1 - 3 business days for order processing prior to shipment.
During launch periods or high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Pick-Ups

You will get an email to arrange pick up of your order within 24 hours of your order being fulfilled. 

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and selected delivery method.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, but most orders arrive within 2 - 5 business days within Canada.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Rooted Human Naturals is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbors or contact your local carrier directly.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses cannot be guaranteed or replaced.

Warm Weather Notice

During warmer months, some products may soften in transit. While I take steps to minimize this, Rooted Human Naturals is not responsible for minor texture changes due to heat exposure.
