TERMS OF SERVICE: ROOTED HUMAN NATURALS
A NOTE ON MY AGREEMENT
This website is the digital home of Rooted Human Naturals. By spending time here or choosing to bring my products into your home, you are agreeing to the terms and practices outlined below. I’ve written these to be as clear and honest as the products I make. If there is any part of these terms you do not agree with, I ask that you please do not use the site or purchase my products.

1. ELIGIBILITY & HONEST USE
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in Ontario (or your home province/state). My products are intended for personal care; they should not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. I ask that you respect my digital space and refrain from transmitting any malicious code or viruses. A violation of these terms may result in a immediate termination of my service to you and possible legal action against you.

2. SERVICE & CANCELLATIONS
I reserve the right to decline service or orders to anyone, at any time, for any reason. While your general communication with me might be transferred over various networks, your payment and credit card information is always encrypted and handled with the highest security standards provided by our hosting service.

3. ARTISAN VARIATIONS & PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
I take great care to photograph and describe my products as accurately as possible. However, Rooted Human Naturals specializes in handcrafted, small-batch manufacturing. This means:

Natural Variation: Slight differences in color, pattern, and scent are a beautiful and expected part of the artisan process. These are not considered defects but rather proof of the human hands behind the batch.

Digital Accuracy: I cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will perfectly represent the physical colors or textures of the products.

Availability: I may limit the quantities of any product or discontinue items at my discretion.

4. PRICING & MODIFICATIONS
Prices for my products are subject to change without notice. I reserve the right to modify or pause my services (or any part of my website) at any time. I am not liable to any party for price changes or service interruptions.

5. BILLING & ACCOUNT INTEGRITY
You agree to provide us with current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases. If we need to change or cancel an order (for example, due to inventory errors), we will attempt to notify you via the email provided at checkout. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by unauthorized resellers or distributors.

6. FEEDBACK & SUGGESTIONS
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or "Batch Feedback," you agree that we may use that information to improve our products or share it with our community without obligation or compensation. We will never share your personal data without your consent, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Rooted Human Naturals products are used at your own risk. While I prioritize safety and master-level formulation, we provide our products "as is." In no event shall Rooted Human Naturals or its owner be liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your incorrect use of our products.

8. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement and your use of this site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
